Our services related to ESI, EPE, Labour Acts include:
(1) Maintenance of all ESI records, calculation of the monthly remittances, preparation of ESI Challans, assisting the employer in filling up the ESI declaration forms and obtaining the ESI cards for the employees, compilation and submission of ESI half yearly statements in Form.6, attending to the correspondence work related to the ESI department.
(2) Advising the employers on accounting matters, by going through their ledgers and other books of accounts pro-actively, from the viewpoint of ESI in order to avoid or minimize the possibility of any ESI liability arising therefrom and to avail of the loopholes of law to maximize the advantage of your company.
(3) Maintenance of all PF records, calculation of PF contribution monthly, preparation of the PF Challans monthly, preparation & submission of monthly statements in forms – 12A, 5, 10, etc, compilation and submission of PF statements in 3A & 6A etc., & assisting the employer in filling up and filing of the PF nomination forms.
(4) Advising the employer on maintaining the contractors’ records from the ESI & PF viewpoint and records of contractors’ employees working in the premises of the principal employer.
